Journeys

So many of us are continually struggling with conflict in all the areas of our lives.
Strategic Intervention is a method of approaching conflict that focuses on learning how
to strengthen relationships and consciously creating the person you want to be. One of the first
keys to dealing with other people is not in how you handle disagreements, but how you are
with each other when you are not in conflict.

Conflict is a constant in this world. From complicated work environments to the everyday
home, family and relationships issues, we all struggle through it. How well you are able
to handle conflict can make a marriage more enjoyable and durable, make the relationship
with your teen far better than a war zone, and achieve more effective communication
skills in business and in the workplace. Your ability to navigate conflict is the second key to
good relationships.

Ever have trouble dealing with your family or spouse but have no idea why? Many
relationships have great foundations but struggle over and over with repetitive issues: loss
of passion, points of chronic disagreement, or troubles with trust.
 We can work together
to strengthen your communication skills, avoid common relationship obstacles, and improve
present relationships.

Most importantly I believe that everyone has the ability to make positive changes whether
it is for themselves or for their family. So many of us are looking for that "happy" life
and it remains elusive because we are not emotionally fit. Sometimes we think we know
what will make us happy, but we get it and we are still not happy. From here on we
aren't going to focus on what's wrong with you, but what you can learn that will help
you live a life that is fullfills you.
